Each month, Windermere compiles a “Months of Supply in Inventory” graph that highlights our area’s latest inventory. The following map depicts the month of February, our most recent statistics. The map is almost completely covered in red, showing a sellers market, a complete turn from last year when the market was more balanced. There is just 1.6 months of inventory available in Seattle; 2.3 months of inventory in the Eastside neighborhoods. With inventory this low, many homes on the market are receiving multiple offers!
